Summary The Telecom Drafter will create detailed Node drawings for Small Cell projects using OcalcPro to model 3D node poles, develop photo simulations for job sites and other position related tasks to support the Engineering Department. Position summary Create detailed drawings for Small Cell Nodes, including by not limited to: Setup drawing layouts as specified for the project. Node designs for existing, replaced or new poles. Node equipment detail pages. Create detailed and accurate sitemaps (with utilities if necessary) for use in traffic control plans and underground routing/boring designs. Create photo simulations through photo editing programs. Assist in general projects for the Engineering Department. Completion of project closeout forms when requested. Update general tracking Microsoft excel spreadsheets as needed by Engineering Department. Track and maintain drawing info for selected projects. Assist in routing for underground bores using to-scale maps.
