Project Manager, Lab - CDH Lab Administration, Full Time, Days - (Winfield, IL)

The Project Manager will lead a portfolio of system wide strategic projects targeted at advancing the goals of the Northwestern Medicine Strategic Lab Plan with an emphasis on institutional level initiatives that integrate people, process and technology. Project Manager will facilitate early stage strategy and project plan development with the Senior Management team and, for select projects, lead the execution phase to project closure. The portfolio of projects will primarily consist of efforts defined within the Administration Division, but span organizational boundaries. Manage and direct multiple medium to large scale enterprise projects using strong integration skills to effectively coordinate all aspects of a project or program. Translate generalized customer business goals and objectives into concrete strategy and tactical plans. Work efficiently with Senior Management, internal and external project stakeholders, 3rd party vendors in defining, communicating and accomplishing project objectives.
