Transactional Paralegal - (La Crescenta, CA)

Galaxy Media creates and maintains a growing portfolio of political, sports, esports and entertainment products, and manages multiple businesses related to such products. This full time position reports to the Managing Partner and Legal Counsel of Galaxy Media and will support the needs of the full Legal Department. This employee will assist with the day-to-day activities of the Legal Department and provide support to the companies products, contracts, corporate organization and operations, while preserving the confidential nature of meetings and documents. The applicant must have law firm and/or in-house transactional legal background, and possess strong issue solving skills, research techniques, and outstanding verbal and writing expertise. Additionally, the applicant shall be highly motivated, capable of self-direction, able to work collaboratively, take initiative on projects and apply sound judgment when solving problems.
