Job Summary The Marketing/Proposal Specialist will primarily support the company's business development efforts by preparing 'best in class' Statements of Qualification (SOQs), proposals, and presentation materials. Will also apply marketing skills to assist with various public relations (PR) and communication duties. There are 2 levels of progression (I and Sr.), based on skill and background. The Marketing/Proposal Specialist is a core member of the Marketing Group and a key contributor to helping Sundt achieve its strategic sales objectives. Essential responsibilities Represents the Marketing Group as the subject matter expert and collaborates with other internal stakeholders to educate and share industry best practices. May provide writing and support for public relations activities as time allows. Serves as Marketing lead person on individual project pursuit teams with responsibility to write or develop key sections of prequalification materials, SOQ/proposals, and presentation materials.
