Summary The Trainer position with ResMan fills an important client-facing and internal role for our company by building upon our internal and external commitments to providing exceptional service to clients and teammates. Trainers are role-models of successful and effective leadership behaviors and assist in the onboarding of new clients and teammates with specific focus on demonstrating and reinforcing ResMan s service-focused culture. Trainers are primarily responsible for developing and administering training programs and materials of ResMan, an accounting and turnkey software application to ResMan clients and users as well as new ResMan teammates. The job requires training at remote locations throughout the country up to several times a month. The position also requires that the team player have a detailed, working expertise of the ResMan software product and responsibility for training end users to proficiently use ResMan on their own in the field.
