JOB DESCRIPTION The candidate must be a highly motivated, results-driven individual, who works collaboratively with staff of all levels throughout the organization. This person should be a team member but can lead an HR business objective as called upon. Must have proven success working as a HR generalist business partner in a diverse organization and is an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals of all levels within the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Competencies * Business Acumen * Communication * Consultation * Ethical Practice * Cultural Awareness * HR Ability * Relationship Management Acts as an employee relations specialist by responding to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and civil rights complaints. Coaches, counsels and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions. Represents the company for any unemployment claims hearings when necessary. Facilitates new hire orientation.
