POSITION MARKETING Cherokee Nation Businesses - Federal Solutions, is looking for a Senior Recruiter to focus on proposal support and business development. The proposal recruiter will be accountable to the Talent Acquisition Team Leaders and, secondarily, to the Business Development teams. Assignments include participating in proposal team strategy meetings to identify and advise upon desired candidate requirements (including soft skills), guiding the Business Development team in writing job descriptions, and identifying and qualifying pre-award applicants against the proposal requirements and strategy. Background in recruiting for Federal contracts proposals, including cleared professionals world-wide is required. This exciting opportunity will leverage the candidate's background in active and passive candidate sourcing and full-life cycle recruitment.
