Experience with high volume Oracle HR data entry in a high energy environment The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate info in Oracle HRIS. The Human Resource Administrator will prepare on/off boarding reports and requests and assist with new hire orientation. Perform accurate data entry of employee info into Oracle HRIS e.g. new hires, terminations, salary changes, etc. Perform weekly audits of data entry, new hire info and various other data points Assist with records retention Assist with the on-boarding process by running experience checks, collecting and verifying required new hire documents Assist with special projects as needed Basic requirements - Excellent written and spoken communication abilities - Expertise to operate independently Desired Requirements - Experience with high volume Oracle HR data entry in a quick paced environment (NOTE: Please do not submit applicants that have used Oracle in a clinical or manufacturing environment.)
