The Clinical UM Supervisor coordinates activities of the direct line clinical team regarding client specific benefits, contract and performance guarantees and clinical consultation. Job responsibilities: -Performs day-to-day clinical and administrative supervision on a regular basis including coverage to meet performance standards and performance management. -Maintains in-depth knowledge of assigned contracts, benefits, and performance guarantees and keeps staff educated on client specific details. -Audits performance reports to ensure client and corporate performance standards have been met.
