Nurse Practitioner - (New York, NY)

The Department of Neurology is seeking to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide medical care to patients under the direction of Laura Lennihan, MD, Chief of Neurology Inpatient Service. This is a full time position which includes admitting patients, preparing patients for discharge, making daily rounds, ordering diagnostic tests and treatments, talking to patients and families, calling and conferring with consultants, writing admission and discharge notes and daily notes, and participating in clinical research protocols related to patient care, all under the supervision of an attending neurologist.
