Physician should expect to ramp up quickly as currently, there are no other ENTs in this service area and the demand for ENT care is critical. ** THIS is a VERY HIGH COMP PLAN! The practice is already set up with the equipment needed to begin offering comprehensive ENT care to the patients in this community.
