BrokerOne Real Estate' s Commercial Team Is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Assistant-a highly motivated individual to provide high level administrative and client support. $36K to $45K compensation range D.O.E. This position necessitates intermediate technical skills (Microsoft office, Desktop Publishing Software, etc.), experience with administrative operations and superb business communication expertise. Previous real estate experience desired, with the ideal candidate holding an active Wyoming real estate license . Duties include web sitemaintenance, transaction & listing management, creation of marketing materials & social media page management, building & facilities management, and general clerical duties including answering phones, filing, mail distribution and performing other duties as assigned.
