Insurance Regulatory Compliance Counsel - (Palo Alto, CA)

This innovative company is currently seeking an Insurance Regulatory Compliance Counsel with prior law firm and/or in-house experience. The perfect candidate will have a strong experience in insurance law, with significant regulatory experience, including reinsurance matters and compliance. This position offers a broad spectrum of responsibilities including providing practical legal and business advice in the insurance regulatory environment; quickly identifying, analyzing and proposing solutions to legal and business issues; partnering with internal business partners to support business objectives; and implementing regulatory control frameworks within international organizations. It is also expected that the chosen applicant be a strong team member who is proactive, detail oriented, and able to constantly prioritize while handling multiple responsibilities. Strong verbal and written correspondence skills are required. The expertise to lead and execute on many levels within an organization is also required.
