Senior Business Analyst Job #9994 $71,547 - $98,377 Annual Basic Responsibilities: Supports and helps implement enterprise business applications affecting multiple business functions, are mission critical, and cross traditional department boundaries involving individuals and groups with diverse interests. Works with business users to analyze and implement changes to business processes by enhancing the alignment between business processes and info technology. This position is in the Finance Division and acts as an internal consultant that primarily investigates the PUD's customer info and billing system to ensure bill and report outputs are accurate and reliable. Works with Finance business users to perform data queries and analysis, test system changes, write reports, troubleshoot problems and offer alternative system processes. May need to consult or assist IT in design and implementation of new functionality.
