YOUR ROLE * Auditing CM facilities for their business process performance as well as FDA/regulatory compliance. * Assisting in the disposition of non-conforming raw material and finished product and issue solving to prevent recurrence * Supporting new and revised product launches * Measuring/analyzing and coaching CM sites to improved quality performance * Reporting internally at Henkel on CM performance, identified gaps and action(s) being taken to improve performance.
