Quality Engineer - Manufacturing Operations - (North Haven, CT)

Careers that Change Lives In this exciting role as a Quality Engineer you will have responsibility for providing Quality Engineering support as a member of the cross-functional team responsible for manufacturing operations in North Haven's Polymer facility (PDBMF). This role supports the production of absorbable and non-absorbable synthetic surgical sutures, and polymerbased components for endoscopic and stapling surgical instruments. You will also interface with and support R&D projects related to new product launches related to the Polymer facility. You will be responsible for performing Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering under broad direction to ensure components, finished products and processes meet established specifications. You will analyze material and processes and make recommendations/ take action to correct deficiencies.
