Position duties As a Drafter / Illustrator II, the applicant will complete the following responsibilities listed. The applicant will work on the Sustainment and Modification of Radar Sensors (SMORS) Contract. This position is located at Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO. Seeking a applicant with 2D and 3D modeling experience. Drafting and technical illustration experience is required. Applicant must have knowledge of MIL and ASME drafting standards. Roles and Responsibilities: * Maintains, revises, and creates engineering drawings, models and illustrations using computer-based drawing packages (e.g., Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.) * Reviews CAD drawings and the parts list for technical accuracy and policy compliance * Completes layout drawings prepared by others and develops complete drawings in accordance with standard engineering drafting practices and policies.
