JOB DETAILS As a successful Solution Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming, making outbound member calls, utilizing company policies to solve member issues and directing calls to the appropriate department w hile delivering great member service . Our Solution Center Representatives are committed to member satisfaction and have the expertise to make quick and accurate decisions. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS Interact with members to provide info in response to inquiries about GMFCU products, services and our web siteto handle and resolve member issues Receive a high volume of inbound calls/inquiries with varying degrees of questions or concerns Keep record of members interactions, record details of inquiries, comments, as well as actions taken by utilizing Contact Manager Use Contact Manager to track, gather info, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the member Reset Virtual Branch passwords Set up and reset Audio line passwords
