Our Culinary Services team is seeking a Culinary Services Coordinator! Keep our meals and dining rooms running smoothly by supervising the team.Responsibilities:--- Supervises the activities of culinary services Teammates in a variety of dining settings, ensuring policies are followed.--- Coordinates schedules/creates schedule for all dining Teammates.--- Ensure prompt courteous service for Residents and guests following Willow Valley standards.--- Addresses and follows up on the concerns of Residents and handles complaints.--- Maintain records of meal counts, fees, daily report of activities and daily food safety systems.--- Conduct training for Teammates to ensure Willow Valley standards are met.Requirements:--- Supervisory background in a senior living community, restaurant or other culinary establishments.
