HR Specialist Location: 5833 - Heritage NM Home Office 3721 Ruthledge Rd NE, Unit A Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87109 United States Employment Type: Full time Salary: 0.00 - 0.00 Shift: Day Job details This position is responsible for administering all Heritage benefit plans to include serving as the 1st point of contact for all benefit inquiries, HRIS management, benefits communications, open enrollment tasks, providing census data and metrics generation. This position will also oversee the company 401k plan including all customer and company related tasks, conduct leave administration, assume responsibility for Human Resources HRIS system administration, wellness program evaluation and deployment and ongoing generation and distribution of all HRIS report requests to include reporting requirements under the ACA. In addition, this position will assist with ongoing compensation analysis, review and updates.
