HR & Recruiting Generalist - (Draper, UT)

MetaSource has an exciting new opportunity as an HR & Recruiting Generalist. This position will act in a unique capacity of performing recruiting and onboarding functions in our Draper location and satellite locations, while also performing various HR generalist functions. The ideal candidate for this position will be adaptable, embrace challenges, and eager to help take our HR department to another level. Responsibilities: Performs full-cycle recruiting functions by sourcing applicants, screening resumes, and completing interviews for both local and satellite offices Provides ability for sourcing applicants and coaching managers through the recruiting process Manages and takes ownership over outstanding requisitions all the way through closure and helps with the onboarding transition, including drug and experience tests
