Analyst, Talent Acquisition (Corporate Recruiter) - (Sandy, UT)

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team at Bridge Investment Group; you will be responsible for recruiting finance & accounting, HR, IT, legal, asset and portfolio management, and market research talent for our corporate headquarters in Salt Lake City Utah. General Duties : Post jobs via our Candidate Tracking System (ATS). Source and attract top talent through various on-line sourcing tools and social media. Screen candidate resume submissions and move qualified candidates through the review process via the ATS. Communicate regularly with applicants and hiring managers to ensure an efficient process. Collaborate together with onboarding and talent development teams to provide an excellent background to new hires. Conduct initial telephone interviews and develop a short list of applicants to interview with hiring managers. Participate in and manager the interview and selection process. Team with human resources to provide excellent internal customer service.
