POSITION DESCRIPTION: Accountable for providing HR support to all salaried and hourly employees and management through effective organizational design and execution of HR strategy. Through a team of HR Generalists oversees recruitment, employee development, employee/labor relations, policy/contract interpretation, training, compensation administration and legal compliance. HR Manager is responsible for the complete HR service. CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: HR Strategy & Execution: Drive the alignment and execution of key people strategies that attract, train and retain employees to support the short and long term business goals. Manage the coordination and execution of workforce planning through business unit HR teams. HR Functional Development: Participate and lead major HR practice and process developments that contribute to enhancing the total HR contribution.
