Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist - (Thousand Oaks, CA)

PathPoint, a leader in providing support services that empower people with disabilities, mental illness and disadvantages to be valued members of our community, is seeking a part time Rehabilitation Specialist to join our Life Skills Center in Thousand Oaks, CA . As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will teach social skills, coping skills and independent living skills to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. You will provide client services on a one-on-one basis, lead rehabilitation groups and supervise groups on outings in the community. Other assignments include participating in meetings to discuss client progress and transporting clients to and from the Life Skills Center and on outings. The schedule for this position is Monday and Thursday for sixteen hours/week.
