CRM Application Support Specialist - (Davidson, NC)

DUTIES: Design, develop and maintain companys suite of sophisticated custom CRM applications such as Siebel, Salesforce, ServiceCloud, etc. Responsible for companys internally built applications, such as UDispatch, Preventive Maintenance Engine, Entitlement and Asset Management Tool for handling products sold by company, including Chillers, Coolers, and Air Conditioners. Customize and configure companys CRM applications to meet the business needs of the sales and services team for Compressed Technology Solutions Business Unit. Configure the software engineering life cycle to the Compressed Technology Solutions Business Units business needs. Customize and automate sales process to enable quote to cash module by customizing workflows, rules, and lead generation in Salesforce Application. Design, develop, and deliver custom integrations between CRM and back-office enterprise applications, such as SAP, Oracle R12 and MFGPRO used by the Compressed Technology Solutions Business Unit.
