Insurance Coverage Attorney - (Scottsdale, AZ)

Scottsdale office of our client seeks insurance coverage attorney with 3+ years of background. The applicant will be handling legal matters related to insurance coverage including issues and disputes arising from the sale, use, and payment of insurance policies, including insurance bad faith defense and SIU activities. Will focus on insurance contracts and evaluate the coverages provided by a wide variety of insurance lines. Serve all phases of litigation including case management, motion practice, taking depositions, oral argument, discovery, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Serve in non-litigated insurance-coverage work including research, writing opinion letters, and advising insurers on their obligations with respect to claims and claim-handling. Should have a portable book of business. Must have Arizona Bar membership and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Additional licensure in other States are a plus.
