Washington, D.C. office of an AmLaw firm seeks mid- to senior-level associate attorney with commercial transactional real estate background. The applicant must have significant background in the following: drafting and negotiating documents in connection with the disposition, acquisition, development of commercial real estate; negotiating and drafting primarily office related leases whether for landlords or tenants, with retail and industrial lease background a plus, analyzing title and survey and addressing due diligence issues, and handling the settlement process. Should be interested in a broad exposure to commercial real estate matters. Admission to the District of Columbia is required.
