Employment Managing Associate Attorney - (Sacramento, CA)

Sacramento office of an AmLaw firm seeks employment managing associate attorney with preferably 3-five years of background. The applicant will be working on high profile complex employment litigation cases, systemic discrimination wage and hour class actions, counseling clients on a wide variety of employment issues, and taking an active role in handling cutting edge legal matters. Will be working directly with corporate clients, manage complex cases, take and defend depositions, make court appearances at important hearings, handle mediations, and other related work typically handled by mid-level associates. Should be a member of the State Bar of California, admitted in good standing, and is eligible to practice; or whose admission to the State Bar of California and eligibility to practice remains subject only to successful completion of the California Bar Examination.
