Position summary Center City Law Firm seeking a full time Intake Paralegal to add to our growing team. The perfect candidate is able to thrive in a quick paced environment. Must have strong management skills, be detail oriented, and have the expertise to multitask while managing their time independently. We are a quick moving and exciting place to work that means the successful employee works well under pressure. Position assignments include: Expedites reviewing, procuring, processing of Personal Injury Protection applications (PIP), Personal Injury Protection logs, and auto documents for court deadlines Researches state of PIP applications and Affidavits of No Insurance Ensures each client receives, completes, and notarizes PIP applications, Medicare forms and Affidavits Reviews, approves, completes and sends PIP applications and Affidavits to adjusters Request and review police reports Calling in 1st-party claims Following-up with clients and the voicemails that come in
