Position duties Water Resources Project Engineers are responsible for a variety of activities for municipal water distribution, wastewater collection and stormwater projects including: Technical lead for the preparation of preliminary engineering reports, civil and process designs, contract documents (drawings and specifications), and permit applications. Perform bidding and construction administration services for designed projects.
