Commercial Banking Officer - (Easton, MD)

DESCRIPTION: Shore United Bank has an immediate opening for a Commercial Banking Officer. This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties to meet the commercial services needs of business customers as follows: * Make business development calls to prospective new customers and to current customers * Underwrite loan requests and present them to the Senior Lending Officer * Solicit new business from present and prospective customers * Maintain an ongoing business relationship with present customers * Prepare and maintain accurate records of all customer service calls made and meetings held with present and prospective customers * Monitor individual sales performance on a regular basis and discuss performance with appropriate supervisor on a frequent basis * Maintain a strong knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank commercial products * Provide direct service to commercial customers of the bank
