Senior Living - Assisted Living Clinical RN Location: 0450 - GSS Hot Springs Village Greenwood Manor, 121 Cortez Rd Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, 71909-6101 United States Employment Type: Part time Hourly: 24.00 - 25.85 Shift: Day Position overview This position collaborates, monitors, documents and provides health related services in assisted living according to resident service plan; assesses residents initially and ongoing to ensure residents needs can be met by the assisted living community and performs the following according to policies and procedures and federal, state and location requirements. Interviews potential residents and assesses residents in compliance with regulations and policy and procedure. Uses assessment details for admission and continued stay in the assisted living community.
