Supervises caregivers, the client services supervisors, care coordinators and administrative coordinators. Is responsible for authorizations, compliance and processing of documentation. Works collaboratively with agency staff on client management. Serves as a resource for clients, family members, employees and regulatory agencies. Provides excellent customer service. Responsible for appropriate staffing, on-going employee supervision, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training and development of employees. Responsible to communicate necessary client info to care coordinators, case managers, programs and other regulatory agencies.
