Supports Heritage Home Healthcare's customer service reputation by promoting and maintaining a responsive, knowledgeable, and accessible approach to all customer contacts. Maintains timely, accurate communication with all MCOs, 3rd Party Assessors, supervisors and other personnel. Uses good communication with agency leadership, employees and clients. Communication may be via phone, email, voicemail, fax or other appropriate means of communication. Participates in QA/CQI processes as assigned.
