Job Functions: Retail - Unit Description Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3, at Marquette University, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position needs to be a guest background applicant to run a food court of 6 platforms and convenience items in a retail location. The applicant will be up on the latest fast casual food trends, able to multi task and mentor many full-time and student teammates. This position will also have a Chef Manager report to them. This position will report to an Operations Manager on - site. This is Day shift positions, with some possible weekends. The successful applicant will: Daily operations to include client engagement, financial and safety responsibilities will be included in the positions day to day activities.
