Quality Specialist - Washington, PA PRIMARY DUTIES Under direct supervision and assistance of other in the Quality Department, effectively detect and solve standard quality issues to prevent recurrence using appropriate quality strategies, tools and techniques. Increase customer satisfaction by reducing claims, remakes, scrap and deviations from standard work.
