Manufacturing/Process Engineer Electronics ManufacturingVishay HiRel Systems, a manufacturer of magnetics and power supplies for military and avionics applications is currently seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer for its manufacturing facility in Duluth, MN.DUTIES: Evaluate customer specifications and convert requirements into internal specifications for design, test, and manufacturing processes. Specify and design mechanical assemblies for magnetic components. Design and build electrical and mechanical test equipment, utilize mechanical CAD tools to design and fabricate tooling, jigs, and fixtures. Work with design engineers to optimize processes for manufacturability, cost, and quality. Improve quality and efficiency through process automation where practical. Lead prototype-to-production transition of new products. Perform product testing, analyze test data, and publish test reports. Recommend and oversee outside service providers for fabrication, testing, and other services.
