MTS Design Enablement - RF Test Engineer - (Essex Junction, VT)

Summary of Role: This position is for an experienced RF Test Engineer who will work with designers and RF engineers to help design / develop and characterize complex RF circuits required for high frequency RF SOI or bulk technologies. The applicant will be responsible for developing and testing RF circuits to evaluate technology process and model development. In addition, the applicant will contribute to improving the modeling lab's software infrastructure. Primary responsibilities: -- Very good understanding of RF measurements and RF circuits -- DC and RF device characterization experience -- Very good understanding of various RF circuits - PAs/ LNAs etc - circuit topology / layout as well as characterizing RF measurements such as S-parameters, IMD, Noise parameter, LoadPull etc -- Expertise to work within a team and with modelers / designers spread across various time zones -- Work together with equipment vendors
