Summary: The Duvall Compliance Program Manager is responsible for implementing a CQI process improvement model to ensure compliance with the medical components of the Duvall settlement agreement for the Maryland DPSCS Division of Pre-Trial Services. The position determines the composition and job descriptions of the Duvall Compliance Program Teammates and directs and coordinates all aspects of the Duvall Compliance Program Team. The Duvall Compliance Program Manager collaborates with mental health staff, dental staff, pharmacy staff, medical staff, and security staff at all levels, administrative staff, support staff and the DPSCS CQI Committee.
