Nursing Home Administrator - Executive Director - (La Jolla, CA)

The Springs at Pacific Regent, La Jolla a four Star Facility is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to support operations at this amazing four Star high energy Post-Acute Care Facility. Our Administrators operate their individual facilities, but have the support of their fellow leaders in a cluster facility model. Fellow administrators in the cluster partner closely with each other to challenge, support, encourage, celebrate and learn from each other. We provide our operators with the tools and resources they need to succeed, but also encourage creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit in our leadership. Requirements: Must have a bachelor’s degree at a min, though an advanced level degree is preferred. Must be a licensed Administrator with the state of Texas or a compact state with the expertise to transfer a license. Min two years of longterm care background ( Skilled Nursing Facility )
