Mechanical Maintenance Planner - (Decatur, AL)

POSITION OVERVIEW:The Maintenance Planner Mechanical is responsible for the development of maintenance work plans and prepares them for scheduling and work execution by the mechanical craft at the Decatur manufacturing site. This includes regular maintenance jobs, preventive and predictive jobs, and shutdown jobs.JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Plans the mechanical and soft skills maintenance work (corrective, preventive and predictive) for the operating site Provides effective job plans to accomplish work completion in an efficient and effective manner, including material & tool qualifications labor estimates, and work instructions Plans mechanical maintenance work with special attention paid to all regulatory qualifications that may apply. This includes, but is not limited to, OSHA rules, EPA regulations, and state and local environmental regulations, ISO 9001, etc.
