CRM Lead Entry and Maintenance - (Boston, MA)

SUMMARY This position is responsible for ensuring that leads are entered into the SBU CRM systems in a timely and accurate manner, and that campaigns within the systems are created, maintained and reported on. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Entry * Ensure that leads for all SBU-related marketing activities are extracted from the ANSYS CRM systems and uploaded to the appropriate SBU CRM system. * Maintain and update SBU lead reports in the ANSYS CRM system Campaign Tracking and Reporting * Create and update all campaigns in the SBU CRM systems * Ensure that activity leads are appropriately tagged and pulled in the correct campaign and that campaign is updated on a regular basis * Communicate campaign links and status to SBU iForce teammates for lead qualification * Update SBU Field Event calendar with all lead details related to SBU campaigns and activities General CRM and Xchange Maintenance
