Position title: Commercial Leasing Paralegal One of California’s most active real estate companies is currently seeking a talented Commercial Leasing Paralegal to join their Commercial Leasing team. The successful applicant will collaborate together with the all aspects of the commercial leasing departments. Job details: The successful applicant’s role will be assisting the Leasing Departments across the traditional boundaries of the commercial leasing industry. Drafting Commercial Real Estate agreements including Leases, Licenses, Amending Agreements, Easements, Encroachments, Consents, Assignments, and Subleases Subsidiary contract negotiation with tenants following company compliance standards On-line and LTSA Drafting Indemnity agreements, guarantor agreements, estoppel agreements and negotiating Letter of credits forms. Training Property Assistants on the department’s documentation process and database tracking systems
