Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - (Show Low, AZ)

HumanEdge Staffing is assisting a well-established home health group expanding their Physical Therapy department. We are seeking Physical Therapists for multiple home health opportunities in the Allentown, PA area. All Physical Therapists interested in this opportunity should have PA Physical Therapy licensure, background successfully completing OASIS assessments, and at least two years of background working as a Physical Therapist. The Hired Physical Therapist will be working as part of a county-wide service team Very manageable productivity expectations – will be visiting an average of three patients per day, with a max of six patients per day Travel Physical Therapists with PA licensure encouraged to apply – this is a min 13-week assignment and can be longer if needed Will be a min of 30 hours per week.
