Circuit Design Engineer / Integrated Circuits / VLSI Engineer / CMOS / Description:Lockheed Martin's Santa Barbara Focalplane business is seeking an experienced integrated circuit design department lead to provide direction and leadership to our world-class team to help advance the state-of-the art in infrared and visible imager read-out integrated circuits (ROICs). This lead role will include responsibilities in hands-on IC design as well as team and project management. Significant background with all phases of mixed signal VLSI CMOS transistor level design, proven project and personnel managerial background, manpower planning, presentation preparation and delivery, budget and schedule generation, and proposal preparation is required. The perfect candidate is a recognized leader in IC design and is able to direct, lead, and inspire an expanding design team.
