ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry are seeking experienced applicants on behalf of our Client who is hiring for the following role: Title: Commercial Property Manager Job Id#: EB-627707XXXX Job assignments: Oversee daily operation of a portfolio of commercial assets encompassing over 400,000 square ft. Assets include Office, Retail and Industrial Regularly conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections of common areas, tenant spaces, vacant spaces, mechanical rooms, roofs, exterior perimeter, and other areas Oversee all work orders and repairs Establish and maintain open/positive relationships with tenants Responsible for developing/implementing tenant retention programs throughout all properties Welcome new tenants and coordinate/perform initial inspections in conjunction with the delivery of premises Job Requirements: 5+ years of background managing commercial properties Bachelors Degree and Property Management Certifications preferred
