Seeking Drug Dosage Formulator with solid background in small molecule drug formulations and manufacturing process development, tech transfer, and scale up from pilot lab to commercial manufacturing. Shall: *** Develop and improve new and existing product formulas. *** Select proper dosage form based on properties including dissolution, bioavailability, physical stability, chemical stability, hardness, etc. *** Select liquid formulation vehicle for solution and suspension products. *** Select excipients (thickeners, preservatives, buffer agents, sweeteners, etc.) for solution and suspensions. *** Select solid dosage production process including granulation, compression, coating, spraying, etc. *** Contribute to ANDA (Abbreviated New Drug Application) development and support alternate API filings. *** Scale up process for on-site manufacturing.
