Learning Systems Coordinator Job - (Boston, MA)

The LMS Administrator is an critical role in the development, management and execution of training programs and Organizational Development (OD) for Brigham Health and Partners HealthCare System. The applicant will support a continuum of technology-based learning solutions for a workforce of over 26,000. The role will be part of the Learning Technologies team working day-to-day with the Learning Platform Manager and Senior Learning Technologist in addition to local LMS administrators. The applicant will support Brigham Health, their affiliates and the overall Partners HealthCare System, and will be responsible for important activities including: usability, training, and technical support for the learning management system, on-line learning content development and support of other technology-based solutions. The ideal candidate will work on a high-profile, customer facing, quick paced and collegial team.
