Accounts Receivable Lead - (Santa Monica, CA)

Position summary Description We're looking for Accounts Receivable Lead to join our growing team of people passionate about wellness and creating a world-class brand background. The role will work with all departments to assure timely and accurate invoicing & payment collection. The incumbent will be required to interface with operational and senior managers at times. This role reports to the VP of Finance/Accounting and is based in Santa Monica, CA. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Routine collections calls. Communicate with customers via phone and email Account reconciliation Research and resolve invoice disputes and other billing inquiries from customers Investigate and resolve customers queries Support global sales teams with questions about billing and contracts Maintain and update customer records and contacts Identify and collaborate on solutions for billing and AR process deficiencies
