VP of Finance Security Health Plan CFO - (Marshfield, WI)

The Vice President, Finance Security Health Plan (SHP) CFO is the executive finance leader for Company Health System’s (MCHS) Security Health Plan (SHP). VP Finance, SHP CFO partners and collaborates with the VP Finance – Care Delivery CFO, VP Finance – Shared Service CFO, SHP Chief Actuary and MCHS CFO. The VP Finance SHP CFO is responsible for the development and implementation of financial policy, planning and analysis to guide decisions that preserve and improve the financial performance of SHP. The VP Finance SHP CFO is a member of the SHP executive leadership team and ensures optimal health plan financial performance. This individual partners with the SHP Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Board on strategic SHP financial issues, including but not limited to strategic planning, financial reporting, compliance with regulatory agencies and timely financial presentations.
